1 - اذا كتب مبلغ سند السحب بالاحرف و بالارقام معاََ فالعبرة عند الاختلاف للمكتوب بالاحرف.
2 . - واذا كتب عدة مرات بالاحرف او بالارقام فالعبرة لاقلها مبلغا
