ليس لمن اقيمت عليهم الدعوى بسند سحب ان يحتجوا على حامله بالدفوع المبينة على
علاقاتهم الشخصية بساحب السند او بحملته
السابقين ما لم يكن حامل السند قد حصل عليه بقصد الاضرار بالمدين .
