1 - للتظهير اللاحق لزمان الاستحقاق احكام التظهير السابق له.
2 - اما التظهير اللاحق لتقديم الاحتجاج بسبب عدم الوفاء او الحاصل بعد انقضاء الاجل المحدد
لتقديم هذا الاحتجاج فلا
ينتج سوى آثار الاحكام المتعلقة بحوالة الحق المقررة بالقانون المدني.
3 - ويعد التظهير الخالي من التاريخ انه تم قبل انقضاء الميعاد المحدد لتقديم الاحتجاج الا اذا
