1 - اسناد السحب المستحقة الاداء بعد مضي مدة معينة من الاطلاع يجب تقديمها للقبول في
. خلال سنة من تاريخها
2 - وللساحب ان يشترط تقصير هذه المدة او مدها.
3 . - وللمظهرين ان يشترطوا تقصير هذه المدد
