1 - يصبح المسحوب عليه بقبوله السند ملزماَ بوفائه عند استحقاقه.
2 - فان لم يقم بالوفاء كان للحامل ، ولو كان هو الساحب نفسه مطالبة القابل بدعوى مباشرة
بكل ما ينشأ عن السند وفقا
للمادتين 195 و 196 من هذا القانون.
