الفصل الخامس
الاستحقاق
1 - يجوز ان يسحب سند السحب مستحق الاداء على الوجه الآتي:
. أ- لدى الاطلاع
ب- بعد مضي مدة معينة من الاطلاع.
ج- بعد مضي مدة معينة من تاريخ السند.
د- بيوم معين.
ويكون السند باطلا اذا اشتمل على ميعاد استحقاق اخر او على مواعيد متعاقبة.
