يجب على الكاتب العدل المكلف باجراء الاحتجاج ان يترك صورة صحيحة لمن وجه اليه هذا
الاحتجاج ،و ان يقيد اوراق الاحتجاج
بتمامها يوماَ فيوماَ مع مراعاة ترتيب التواريخ في سجل خاص مرقم الصفحات ومؤشر عليه حسب
الاصول.
