Article 203 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يجوز وفاء السند بطريق التدخل في جميع الاحوال التي يكون فيها لحامله عند الاستحقاق او
. قبله حق الرجوع على الملتزمين
2 - ويكون هذا الوفاء باداء كل المبلغ الذي كان يجب على من حصل التدخل لمصلته اداؤه ابراء
. لذمته
3 - ويجب ان يقع الوفاء على الاكثر في اليوم الاخير من الميعاد الذي يصبح فيه تقديم الاحتجاج
