Article text
1 - على من يرسل احدى نسخ السند للقبول ان يبين بالنسخ الاخرى اسم من تكون تلك النسخة
. في يده
2 - وعلى هذا الاخير ان يسلمها للحامل الشرعي لأي نسخة اخرى فان رفض تسليمها فلا يكون
للحامل حق الرجوع الا اذا أثبت
بورقة احتجاج.
أ- ان النسخة المرسلة للقبول لم تسلم له حين طلبه اياها.
ب- ان القبول او الوفاء لم يحصل بمقتضى نسخةاخرى.
