بالرغم من انقضاء ميعاد التقادم على سند السحب وسائر الاوراق التجارية يجوز للدائن اقامة
الدعوى ضمن مدة التقادم
العادي المدني بطلب الحق الذي من اجله اعطيت الورقة التجارية، وتقبل الورقة في معرض
البينة لاثبات هذه الدعوى.
