1 - الشيك المسحوب في المملكة الاردنية والواجب الوفاء فيها يجب تقديمه للوفاء في خلال
. ثلاثين يوماَ
2 - فان كان مسحوبا في خارج المملكة الاردنية وواجب الوفاء في داخلها وجب تقديمه في خلال
ستين يوما اذا كانت جهة
اصداره واقعة في اوربة او في اي بلد اخر واقع على شاطىء البحر الابيض المتوسط وفي خلال
تسعين يوما اذا كانت جهت
اصدارها واقعة في غير البلاد المتقدمة.
3 - ويبدأ الميعاد السالف الذكر من اليوم المبين في الشيك انه تاريخ اصداره.
