1 - من يوفي قيمة شيك بغير معارضة من احد يعد وفاؤه صحيحاً وذلك مع عدم الاخلال بحكم
المادة 270 .
2 - واذا اوفى المسحوب عليه قيمة شيك قابل للتظهير لزمه التحقق من انتظام تسلسل
التظهيرات ، وليس ملزماً ان يتحقق
من صحة تواقيع المظهرين.
