Article text
لحامل الشيك مطالبة من له حق الرجوع عليه بما يأتي:-
أ- مبلغ الشيك غير المدفوع.
ب- الفوائد ابتداء من يوم التقديم محسوبة بسعرها القانوني بالنسبة للشيكات المسحوبة
في المملكة الاردنية والمستحقة
الوفاء فيها وبسعر 6 بالنسبة للشيكات الاخرى. %
ج- مصاريف الاحتجاج والاشعارات وغيرها من المصاريف.
