1 - يتحمل المسحوب عليه وحده الضرر المترتب على شيك مزوراً او محرف اذا لم يكن نسبة أي
خطأ الى الساحب المبين اسمه
في الصك.
2 - وبوجه خاص يعبتر الساحب مخطئاً اذا لم يحافظ على دفتر الشيكات المسلم اليه بما ينبغي
