Article text
1 - اذا كان السند منشأ لحامله فانتقاله يتم بمجرد التسليم.
2 - ويعتبر كل حائز لهذا السند ذا صفة لاستعمال الحقوق المختصة به ، وما دام المدين لم يتلق
اعتراضاً قانونياً يكون
دفعه لحامل السند مبرئاً لذمته.
3 - وليس للمدين ان يحتج تجاه حامل السند الا باسباب الدفع المستندة الى بطلان السند او
