1 - في اثناء الاجراءات الصلح الواقي يبقى المدين قائما بادارة امواله ويثابر على القيام بجميع
الاعمال العادية المختصة
بتجارته تحت اشراف المفوض وادارة القاضي المنتدب.
2 - ويحق لهما ان يطلعاعلى الدفاتر التجارية في كل آن.
