Article 311 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يحق للدائنين المخالفين ان يعترضوا على تصديق الصلح في خلال خمسة ايام من تاريخ اختتام

2 - ويجب ان يحتوي هذا الاعتراض على الاسباب وان يبلغ الى المدين والى المفوض.
3 . - ولا يقبل الاستئناف الا من المدين نفسه او من الدائنين المعترضين
4 . - اما ميعاد الاستئناف فهو خمسة عشر يوما
5 - وعندما يكتسب الحكم بتصديق الصلح قوة القضية المقضية تنقطع حتما مهمة المفوض
الا اذا كان في عقد الصلح نص صريح
يكلفه مراقبة تنفيذه.
6 - ان النفقات والمبالغ التي تجب للمراقبة يحددها القاضي المنتدب. وكل اتفاق مخالف يكون
