Article 324 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - تقبل هذه الاحكام جميع طرق الطعن ما لم يكن في هذا القانون نص مخالف.
2 - وتقبل الطرق المذكورة جميع الاحكام التي تصدر في المواد الافلاسية 0
3 - تبدأ المواعيد القانونية لطرق الطعن من اليوم الذي يلي صدور الحكم ، اما المواعيد
المختصة بالاحكام الخاضعة لمعاملات
الالصاق ونشر الخلاصة في الجرائد فتبدأ من اليوم الذي يلي اتمام هذه المعاملات.
4 - ولا يكون في حال من الاحوال لطرق الطعن التي يمارسها المفلس اي اثر موقف.
