Article text
1 - يجب على الوكلاء في كل تفليسة ان يرفعوا الى القاضي المنتدب في خلال خمسة عشر
يوما من تاريخ استلامهم مهام وظيفتهم
تقريرا او حسابا اجمالياً عن حالة الافلاس الظاهرة عن ظروفها واسبابها الاساسية والاوصاف التي
يظهر انها تتصف بها.
2 - وعلى القاضي المنتدب ان يحيل بلا ابطاء ذلك التقرير الى النيابة العامة مع ملاحظاته.
3 . - واذا لم يرفع اليه التقرير في الميعاد المذكور فعليه ان يعلم بالنيابة العامة باسباب التأخير
