Article text
1 - يجب على الوكلاء من حين استلامهم مهام وظيفتهم ان يقوموا بجميع الاعمال اللازمة
. لصيانة حقوق المفلس تجاه مدينيه
2 - عليهم ايضا ان يطلبوا قيد الرهون والتأمينات على عقارات مديني المفلس اذا لم يكن
المفلس قد طلبه
ويجري الوكلاء القيد باسم كتلة الدائنين ويضمون الى طلبهم شهادة تثبت تعيينهم.
3 - ويجب عليهم ان يطلبوا اجراء قيد التأمين الجبري المختص بكتلة الدائنين.
