Article 377 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - لكل دائن اثبت دينه او ادرج اسمه في الميزانية ان يبدي خلال ثلاثين يوماَ من تاريخ النشرات
المشار اليها في
المادة السابقة مطالب او اعتراضات بشرح على البيان يضعه بنفسه او بواسطة وكيل يودعه
قلم المحكمة.
2 - ويعطى المفلس الحق نفسه.
3 - بعدانقضاء هذا الميعاد وبناء على اقتراحات الوكلاء ومع الاحتفاظ بالمطالب والاعتراضات
المعروضة على
المحكمة يحدد القاضي المنتدب نهائياً بيان الديون وينفذ الوكلاء قراره بتوقيعهم التصريح
الآتي على جدول
: الديون المثبتة
بناء على اثبات السيد ---------او الشركة-------- قبل (او قبلت) بصفة دائن (عادي او ممتاز
او مرتهن) في التفليسة بمبلغ ---------.
