Article text
1 - يقدم طلب تصديق الصلح الى المحكمة باستدعاء من الفريق الاكثر عجلة ولا يجوز
للمحكمةان تفصل في هذا الطب قبل انقضاء
ميعاد الايام الثمانية المنصوص عليه في المادة السابقة.
2 - واذا قدمت اعتراضات في خلال الميعاد المذكورة فتفصل المحكمة في الاعتراضات وفي
. طلب التصديق بحكم واحد
3 - واذا قبل الاعتراض موضوعا شمل الحكم ببطلان الصلح جميع ذوي العلاقة.
