الاسترداد والامتناع عن التسليم
1 - للاشخاص الذين يدعون ملكية اموال موجودة في حيازة المفلس ان يطلبوا استردادها.
2 . - ولوكلاء التفليسة ان يقبلوا طلبات الاسترداد بعد موافقة القاضي المنتدب
3 . - اما اذا كان هناك نزاع فالمحكمة تفصل فيه بعد سماع تقرير القاضي المنتدب
