Article text
1 - يكون الشخص الذي تملك عنواناً تجارياً تبعاً لمتجر مسؤولا عن التزامات المتفرغ المترتبة عليه
. بالعنوان المذكور، ويكون مالكاً لحقوقه الناشئة من تجارته
2 -واذا تضمنت العقود ما يخالف ذلك فلا يسري على الغير الا اذا سجل في سجل التجارة او اخبر
. ذوو العلاقة به رسمياً
3 - وتسقط المسؤولية المبحوث عنها في هذه المادة بعد مضي خمس سنوات اعتبارا من تاريخ
