فيما خلا الحالة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الثانية من المادة السابقة تحسب الاموال التي
احرزتها الزوجة بعوض في اثناء مدة الزواج مشتراه بنقود زوجها.
ويجب ان تضم الى موجودات التفليسة الا اذا قدمت الزوجة برهاناَ على العكس.
