لا يجوز للوكلاء ان يقيموا دعوى من اجل افلاس تقصيري ولا ان يتخذوا صفة المدعي الشخصي
باسم كتلة الدائنين الا بعد
الترخيص لهم بموجب قرار تتخذه اغلبية العدد من الدائنين الحاضرين.
