اعادة الاعتبار
1 - بعد مرور عشر سنوات على اعلان الافلاس يستعيد المفلس اعبتاره حكما بدون ان يقوم بأية
. معاملة اذا لم يكن مقصراَ او محتالا
2 - ان استعادة الاعتبار على هذا المنوال لا يمكن ان يمس وظائف الوكلاء اذا كانت مهمتهم لم
تنته ولا حقوق الدائنين
اذا كانت ذمة المفلس لم تبرأ تماماَ.
