Article text
1 - اذا استعمل عنوان تجاري بأية صورة كانت خلافا للاحكام المدرجة في هذا الفصل فلذوي
الشأن ان يطلبوا منع استعمال
ذلك العنوان التجاري او شطبه ان كان مسجلا.
2 - وللأشخاص المتضررين ان يطلبوا التعويض عما لحق بهم من ضرر سواء أكان استعمال
