ان الحق في اقامة الدعوى على الناقل يسقط بالتقادم بعد سنة تبتدىء من يوم التسليم في
حالة وجود التعيب ، ومن اليوم الذي كان يجب فيه التسليم في حالة هلاك الشيء او التأخر عن
تسليمه.
