Article text
1 - تطبق ايضاً على عقد النقل القواعد الخاصة المتعلقة بمشاريع النقل العمومية.
2 - يخضع النقل الجوي الى القواعد الواردة في هذا الباب وفي القانون المدني مع مراعاة اية
احكام مغايرة وردت بهذا الخصوص في قانون الطيران المدني المعمول به وفي أية معاهدات
دولية حول الملاحة الجوية نافذة قانونا في المملكة.
