الفصل الثاني
الوكالة بالعمولة
1 - الوكيل بالعمولة هو الذي يأخذ على نفسه ان يعقد باسمه الخاص و لكن لحساب موكله بيعا
و شراء و غيرهما من العمليات
التجارية مقابل عمولة.
2 - تسري قواعد الوكالة على عقد الوكالة بالعمولة مع مراعاة الاحكام المبينة في هذا الفصل.
