يعد مجلس ادارة الشركة المساهمة العامة تقريـرا كل ستة أشهر يتضمن المركز المالي
للشركة ونتائج اعمالها وحساب الارباح
والخسائر وقائمة التدفق النقدي والايضاحات المتعلقة بالبيانات المالية مصادقا عليه مـن مدقق
حسابات الشركة ويزود
المراقب بنسخة من التقرير خلال ستين يوما من انتهاء المدة.
