على مجلس الادارة توجيه الدعوة لاجتماع الهيئة العامة لكل من المراقب وهيئة الاوراق المالية
ومدققي حسابات الشركة
قبل خمسة عشر يوماً على الأقل من موعد انعقاد اجتماعها وعلى المدقق الحضور او ارسال
مندوب عنه تحت طائلة المسؤولية،
ويرفق بالدعوة جدول اعمال الاجتماع وجميع البيانات والمرفقات التي نص على ارسالها
للمساهم مع الدعوة ويعتبر اي اجتماع
تعقده الهيئة العامة باطلاً اذا لم يحضره المراقب او من ينتدبه خطيا من موظفي الدائرة.
