Article text
اذا تعذر على مدقق حسابات الشركة القيام بالمهام والواجبات الموكلةاليه بموجب احكام هذا
القانون لاي سبب من الاسباب
فعليه قبل الاعتذار عن القيام بتدقيق الحسابات ان يقدم تقريراً خطياً للمراقب ونسخة منه
لمجلس الادارة يتضمن الاسباب
التي تعرقل اعماله او تحول دون قيامه بها وعلى المراقب معالجة هذه الاسباب مع مجلس الادارة
واذا تعذر عليه ذلك يعرض
المراقب الامر على الهيئةالعامة في اول اجتماع تعقده.
