Article text
لا يجوز لمدقق الحسابات أن يشترك في تأسيس الشركة المساهمة العامة التي يدقق حساباتها
أو أن يكون عضواً في مجالس ادارتها
أو الاشتغال بصفة دائمة في أي عمل فني أو اداري أو استشاري فيها، ولا يجوز أن يكون شريكاً لأي
عضو من اعضاء مجلس ادارتها
أو أن يكون موظفاً لديه وذلك تحت طائلة بطلان أي اجراء أو تصرف يقع بصورة تخالف أحكام
