Article 205 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997
Article text
تكون غايات الشركة القابضة ما يلي:-
أ- ادارة الشركات التابعة لها أو المشاركة في ادارة الشركات الاخرى التي تساهم فيها.
ب- استثمار اموالها في الأسهم والسندات والأوراق المالية.
ج- تقديم القروض والكفالات والتمويل للشركات التابعة لها.
د- تملك براءات الاختراع والعلامات التجارية وحقوق الامتياز وغيرها من الحقوق المعنوية
واستغلالها وتأجيرها للشركات
التابعة لها أو لغيرها.
