لا يتم تحويل الشركة إلا بعد اتمام اجراءات التسجيل والنشر المقررة بموجب هذا القانون. وإذا
كان رأس المال الناتج
عن إعادة التقدير يقل عن الحد الأدنى لرأسمال الشركة المساهمة العامة المقررة بمقتضى هذا
القانون فتتبع الاجراءات
القانونية الخاصة برفع رأس مال الشركة المساهمة العامة المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون
