تنتقل جميع حقوق والتزامات الشركات المندمجة إلى الشركة الدامجة أو الشركة الناتجة عن
الاندماج حكما بعد انتهاء اجراءات
الدمج وتسجيل الشركة وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون ، وتعتبر الشركة الدامجة أو الناتجة عن الاندماج
خلفاً قانونياً للشركات
المندمجة وتحل محلها في جميع حقوقها والتزاماتها.
