Article text
إذا ظهرت التزامات أو ادعاءات على احدى الشركات المندمجة بعد الدمج النهائي وكانت قد
أخفيت من بعض المسؤولين أو العاملين
في الشركة فتدفع لأصحابها من قبل الشركة الدامجة أو الناتجة عن الدمج ، ولها حق الرجوع بما
دفعته على أولئك المسؤولين
او العاملين وتحت طائلة العقوبات المقررة لذلك العمل بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.
