للمصفي ولأي مدين أو دائن للشركة المساهمة العامة ولكل ذي مصلحة أن يطلب من
المحكمة أن تفصل في أي مسألة تنشأ في اجراءات
التصفية الاختيارية وفقا للطريقة التي تم فيها الفصل في المسائل التي تنشأ في اجراءات
التصفية الاجبارية بمقتضى أحكام
هذا القانون.
