Article text
يعتبر مدقق الحسابات ، الذي يخالف أحكام هذا القانون بتقديم تقارير أو بيانات لا تتفق وواقع
حسابات الشركة التي قام
بتدقيقها أنه ارتكب جرما ويعاقب عليه بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر ولا تزيد على ثلاث
سنوات أو بغرامة لا تقل عن
ألف دينار أو بكلتا العقوبتين ولا يحول ذلك دون تعرضه للعقوبات المسلكية المقررة في
القوانين الخاصة بالمهنة المعمول
بها.
