رأسمال الشركة
أ - يكون رأسمال الشركة المساهمة الخاصة هو مجموع القيم الاسمية لاسهم الشركة على أن
لا يقل راس المال المكتتب به عن خمسين ألف دينار أردني.
ب- يحدد رأس مال الشركة المساهمة الخاصة بالدينار الأردني.
ج- مع مراعاة قانون الأوراق المالية للشركة المساهمة الخاصة إصدار اسهم وإسناد قرض و أوراق
مالية أخرى ويجوز للشركة أن تقرر إدراج أوراقها المالية في السوق المالي وتداولها من خلاله وفق
الأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة عن هيئة الأوراق المالية.
