Article text
المادة 13 :
أ- يؤسس بموجب أحكام هذا القانون مؤسسة تسمى "مؤسسة تشجيع الاستثمار" بشخصية
اعتبارية ذات استقلال مالي واداري ولها
بهذه الصفة أن تقوم بجميع التصرفات القانونية ومن ذلك التعاقد وتملك الأموال المنقولة
وغير المنقولة والاقتراض والبيع
والرهن وقبول التبرعات والهبات ، ويمثلها في الأمور القانونية والاجراءات القضائية المتعلقة
بأعمالها أو الناشئة عنها
المحامي العام المدني أو أي محام مسجل في المملكة تعتمده المؤسسة.
ب- يكون للمؤسسة مدير عام يعين بقرار من مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزير على أن
يقترن القرار بالإرادة الملكية
السامية.
ج- يكون مركز المؤسسة الرئيسي في مدينة عمان ويجوز لها انشاء فروع في أي مكان في
المملكة أو خارجها.
