Article text
المادة 14 :
تهدف المؤسسة الى تشجيع الاستثمار في المملكة من خلال العمل على ما يلي:
أ- تعزيز الثقة في البيئة الاستثمارية والتعرف على الفرص الاستثمارية وتحفيز الاستثمار فيها
والترويج لها.
ب- تبسيط إجراءات التسجيل والترخيص للمشاريع الاستثمارية ومتابعة المشاريع القائمة منها
واعطاء الأولوية لها في الانجاز
لدى الجهات الرسمية.
ج- إنشاء نافذة إستثمارية في المؤسسة تتولى ترخيص مشاريع الاستثمار والحصول على
الموافقات من الجهات الأخرى وفق التشريعات
المعمول بها ويحق للوزير اصدار قرار ترخيص المشروع اذا لم تصدر الوزارات أو المؤسسات العامة
قرارها المعلل حول هذا
. الترخيص خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تقديم طلب الترخيص المقدم اليها من قبل المستثمر
د- تقديم المشورة وتوفير المعلومات والبيانات للمستثمرين وإصدار الأدلة الخاصة بذلك.
هـ - وضع برامج لترويج الاستثمار في المملكة لجذب المستثمرين وتنفيذها.
