Article text
المادة 15 :
يكون للمؤسسة موازنة سنوية مستقلة وتتكون مواردها المالية من المصادر التالية:
أ- المبالغ التي تخصصها لها الحكومة.
ب- بدل الخدمات التي تقدمها والعوائد التي تتأتى لها.
ج- القروض المحلية أو الخارجية على أن تؤخذ موافقة مجلس الوزراء على القروض الخارجية.
د- ريع أموالها.
هـ - الهبات والاعانات والمنح والوصايا وأي موارد أخرى تقدم للمؤسسة بموافقة المجلس.
