Article text
المادة 18 :
يتولى مجلس الادارة المهام والصلاحيات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون بما في ذلك ما
يلي:-
أ- الاشراف على شؤون ادارة المؤسسة ومتابعتها.
ب- اقتراح السياسات الاستثمارية للمملكة وتحديد أولوياتها ووضع البرامج والخطط المنبثقة
عنها ورفعها الى المجلس لاقرارها.
ج- اقرار موازنة المؤسسة وتقرير مدققي الحسابات والحسابات الختامية.
. د- اقرار التعليمات المالية والادارية الخاصة بالمؤسسة
هـ - تحديد بدل الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسة
و- تعيين مدقق حسابات قانوني للمؤسسة وتحديد أتعابه.
ز- انشاء فروع للمؤسسة في أي مكان في المملكة أو خارجها.
