Article text
المادة 20 :
يمارس المدير العام المهام والصلاحيات التالية:
أ- تطبيق السياسة العامة للمؤسسة وتنفيذ القرارات التي تصدر وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون
ومتابعة تنفيذها.
ب- ادارة أعمال المؤسسة والاشراف على موظفيها وشؤونها الفنية والادارية والمالية.
ج- وضع البرامج التي من شأنها تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة ومهامها وتقديم التوصيات بشأنها
لمجلس الادارة والعمل على تطويرها.
د- أية مهام أخرى يحددها له مجلس الادارة أو تناط به بمقتضى الأنظمة التي تصدر بموجب هذا
القانون.
