Article text
المادة 21 :
أ- تؤلف لجنة تسمى "لجنة تشجيع الاستثمار" برئاسة المدير العام وعضوية كل من:
1 - المدير العام لدائرة ضريبة الدخل
2 - المدير العام لدائرة الجمارك
3 - ممثل عن وزارة الصناعة والتجارة يعينه الوزير
4 - ممثل عن القطاع الخاص يعينه رئيس المجلس
. ب- وفي حالة غياب الرئيس يتولى مدير عام دائرة الجمارك رئاسة اللجنة
ج- تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة من الرئيس ويكون الاجتماع قانونياً اذا حضره أربعة من أعضائها بمن
فيهم الرئيس وتصدر اللجنة
قراراتها بأغلبية ثلاثة من أعضائها.
د- للمدير العام ان يدعو شخصاً أو أكثر من الجهات ذات العلاقة في القطاع المعني لحضور
اجتماعات اللجنة وتقديم المشورة
في الموضوع المعروض عليها دون أن يكون له حق التصويت.
هـ - يعين المدير العام أحد موظفي المؤسسة للقيام بأعمال مقرر اللجنة لحفظ قراراتها
ومتابعتها.
