المادة 22 :
تتولى اللجنة المهام والصلاحيات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
أ- النظر في الطلبات التي يتقدم بها المستثمرون واتخاذ القرارات بشأنها خلال مدة ثلاثين يوما
من تاريخ ورود الطلب
وفي حالة عدم الموافقة بيان أسباب ذلك.
ب- الموافقة على الاعفاءات الاضافية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.
ج- النظر في الاعتراضات التي يتقدم بها المستثمرون على قراراتها ويكون قرارها برد الاعتراض
قابلا للاستئناف لدى مجلس
الادارة خلال ثلاثين يوما ً من تاريخ التبليغ.
