Article text
المادة 24 :
مع مراعاة ما ورد في أي قانون آخر:
أ- للمستثمر غير الأردني أن يستثمر في المملكة بالتملك أو بالمشاركة أو بالمساهمة وفق
أحكام نظام يصدر مبينا ًقطاعات
المشاريع أو فروعها والنسبة التي يحق للمستثمر غير الأردني المشاركة في حدودها أو المساهمة
في كل منها والحد الأدنى
من رأس المال الأجنبي الذي يقدمه فيها.
ب- مع مراعاة ما ورد في الفقرة( أ ) أعلاه يعامل المستثمر غير الأردني في أي مشروع تسري عليه
أحكام هذا القانون معاملة
المستثمر الأردني.
ج- للمستثمر مطلق الحق في ادارة مشروعه وبالاسلوب الذي يراه وبالأشخاص الذين يختارهم
لهذه الادارة وتقدم الجهات المختصة
التسهيلات اللازمة.
